Summary of Position:

The Marketing Coordinator role is a vital part of the Creative Energies Team. This team member is responsible for helping create and manage marketing materials and campaigns alongside the Marketing Director. This role will take on tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director which include creating promotional materials in Illustrator and Photoshop, responding to and managing Google Reviews, contributing to website edits, contributing to and managing email marketing campaigns, & supporting the Solar Sales Coordinator when needed. Above all, this position requires a willingness to brainstorm and collaborate with other Marketing, Sales, and HR team members.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Content generation (web, social, photo/video, email, promotional)
  • Planning campaigns across all marketing channels (social media, email, mail)
  • Participation in outreach execution (sponsorships, partnerships, events)
  • Manage swag (stickers, shirts, hats, mugs, etc)
  • Respond to and manage Google Reviews
  • Assisting in marketing efforts as it applies to HR
  • Managing our away greeting message
  • Assistance in customer intake and communication as needed
  • Making updates to the website
  • Fly drone for content creation
  • Staying up-to-date on current services and products the company offers

Qualifications/Experience:

  • A positive team member with clear communication skills
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for solar power technology
  • Experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator
  • Previous relevant marketing experience
  • Experience with customer relations management systems is useful.
  • Creative and enjoys collaboration

Education/Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Travel and Work Schedule:

Individuals work with a flexible schedule, coordinated with other team members. This position will support some events on weekends as needed. Occasional travel including out-of-state and overnight will be needed for training, staff meetings and to support Creative Energies team operations.

Reports to/Supervises:

The Marketing Coordinator position reports to the Marketing Director.

Covid-19 Vaccinations:

All team members are required to have current Covid-19 vaccinations, or complete within 45 days of employment. Creative Energies provides paid time for team members to complete their vaccinations.
